I think ixwebhosting is a great hosting company because the price is better than everyone else in the market when you look at everything that is included and the live chat support is quick, easy, and extremely convenient. I also like not having to work around all of the ads that godaddy has throughout their site.(my clients have had me update their information on their hosting accounts) Whenever I have an issue, they deal with it promptly and professionally.

After looking at almost all the other hosts on this site I chose to go with IX Web Hosting, and I am glad I did. Sure up-time has not been 100% but no host can maintain that, IX is honest and addresses problems directly and in a very timely fashion. I've seen a lot of bad things about their support as well but I have only good things to say about it, I also noticed in a blog post by their CEO they just hired a whole new CR team or something. Anyway it seems to be working and like I said before IX was the right choice for me.

I've been with IXWebHosting for many years. They have made improvements through the years like a new datacenter. Over the past few months our websites experienced slower loading times and some downtime almost everyday. Maybe our sites are too much for their servers... Overall our experience with IX has been great but the time has come for us to move on. Thanks for the years of help IX support/tech staff.

What i like most about this company is that you can have multiples IP addresses if you intend to host more than a site. When i first bought hosting with them my site was loading very slow but now it is ok, uptime also ok. Support is good, what i don't like about this webhosting company is that you don't have cpanel, they have a different admin area layout which is kinnda rudimentary.

I just wanted to drop a note to let people know how good IX Web Hosting is and I fully recommend them to anyone new to the game.
I really had no idea how to create a web site and didn't even really know what web hosting was.
I talked to a very smart guy at IX and he walked me through what was going on and even called me back 3 weeks later to see how everything is going.
